·       Touristic Investment Company [TICO], and/or its partners/service providers, may collect clients’ personal data via QR codes, employee/agent inquiry or service events/touchpoints

Touristic Investment Company [TICO], and/or its partners/service providers will only process clients’ personal data for the period necessary and proportionate for its purposes.

Touristic Investment Company [TICO], and/or its partners/service providers will notably retain clients’ personal data for the duration required for the management of the mentioned commercial relationship. However, personal data needed for evidence purposes or to comply with legal obligations may be retained during the following respective period:

(i) The end of the commercial relationship with the User

(ii) The date of the data collection relating to, or the last contact with, the client who is a potential customer.
